Cameron Admits He Can’t Be Trusted
Mr Cameron doesn’t seem to think he could be trusted to be in a hung parliament. In Gloucester he said that a hung parliament “would be a bunch of politicians haggling, not deciding”.
“They would not be making long-term decisions for the country’s future, they would be making short-term decisions for their own future,” Which is, of course, what political parties always do when they get to be in government.
So is he really saying that we can’t trust him to behave honestly and for the good of the country if he were in a hung parliament? It would seem to be the case.
If that is how the man thinks then he should not be trusted to be in parliament at all.
